Turkmenbashi oil refineries complex
Turkmenbashi oil refineries complex is the flagship of Turkmenistan’s oil refinery industry. This is a super-modern enterprise with enormous potential and rich industrial tradition. Today, the complex accounts for up to a quarter of the industrial output produced in the country.
As for now TORC produces unleaded gasoline, aviation and technical kerosene, jet and diesel fuel, fuel oil, lubricating oils, polypropylene, heating oil, light gas oil, oil electrode coke, liquefied gas, construction and road bitumen and other petrochemical products that form the basis of the country’s export potential.
International recognition of the highest quality products of TORC provides a growing interest from foreign partners. This is demonstrated by prestigious international awards as well. The complex was awarded with “The Golden Globe” (Amsterdam, Netherlands, 1995), “Order of the Aztec Eagle” (Mexico City, Mexico, 1997), “International Gold Star Award for Quality” (Geneva, Switzerland, 1999), the prize for the best brand – “The New Millennium Prize” (Paris, France, 2001), an honorary diploma of the International Club of Trade Leaders – “The New Millennium Prize for Technology and Quality” (Geneva, Switzerland, 2001), International prize for quality (New York, USA, 2002), “International Gold Star Award for Quality” (Geneva, Switzerland, 2002). The list of the awards now also includes “The New Millennium Prize for Quality”, awarded in France.
The company ships its products from land and sea terminals, the modernization of which is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the time. By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan on 02. 03. 2017, Dovletmyrat Nurberdievich was appointed General Director of the Turkmenbashi oil refineries complex.
